1. What Cookies Are and How We Use Them

• Strictly Necessary Cookies. These Cookies are required for our Websites to operate. For example, these Cookies allow you to log in to your account or use a shopping cart. They also help us protect the security of the services, authenticate accounts, and detect and fight spam.  The Websites cannot function without Strictly Necessary Cookies, and you cannot opt out of them through our cookie management tools discussed below.  If you choose to block or disable these cookies through your browser tools, the Websites may not function properly.
• Functional Cookies. These Cookies allow our Websites to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. • Social Media Cookies: These Cookies are used when information is shared through a social media sharing button or “like” button on our Websites, or when you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking site such as Facebook or LinkedIn.

3. How Long Cookies Last

The Websites use both “session Cookies” and “persistent Cookies.” Session Cookies operate during the time you visit our Websites or until the end of a particular web browsing session. They expire and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent Cookies do not expire when you close your browser. They remain on your browser or device until the time they are set to expire (which varies by Cookie) or until you delete them (e.g., through your browser settings). 

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some Cookies on the Websites are provided by third parties, and some of these third parties may use certain data collected via Cookies to provide us with their services and for other purposes, such as improving their own services. Such third parties include, for example, certain analytics providers that help us understand use of the Websites and measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns, and certain advertising technology partners (such as ad networks and ad servers) that help us serve online ads.

Among other analytics providers, Google Analytics helps us analyze how our Websites are used. These websites allow you to opt out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in these programs. We do not control or make any representations about these websites, their opt-out mechanisms, or whether any of our advertising partners participate in these opt-out mechanisms.
